About us
Every story begins somewhere, and ours started in the heart of a small town in Germany. Driven by a deep love for children and sincere compassion for the underprivileged, a young woman decided to turn her dream into reality: bringing new smiles to children in need in Cameroon.
Carrying this burden in her heart for years, she decided to take action in 2024. After hours and days of reflection and discussion, she felt a strong conviction—it was time to take concrete steps. She shared her idea with friends and family, presenting her project: creating an organization capable of meeting the needs of the most vulnerable children in Cameroon.
Her enthusiasm and determination were contagious. Quickly, she gathered a group of like-minded individuals. Together, we founded La Maison des Enfants Étoiles, a non-profit organization with a mission to provide material, educational, and emotional support to children in distress.
Our Dual Presence
Get to Know Us
From the outset, our team understood the importance of a strong presence in two strategic locations:

In Germany, the main headquarters serves as the donation collection and coordination center. Members organize awareness campaigns, charity events, and partnerships with companies and individuals who share their vision.

In Cameroon, the local headquarters is the operational heart of the organization. This is where actions come to life: distributing school supplies, funding medical care, renovating shelter facilities, and organizing educational programs, among other initiatives.
Despite this dual presence, the association's activities are exclusively focused on Cameroon, where the needs are most urgent.
Mission
La Maison des Enfants Étoiles is committed to improving the living conditions of disadvantaged children by providing access to education, healthcare, and an environment conducive to their growth. The organization aims to be a bridge between available resources and needs on the ground.
Vision
To create a future where no child feels abandoned or forgotten but instead valued and encouraged to dream big, regardless of their origins. The organization aspires to build a generation of children equipped to become leaders and builders of their communities.
